DF700-Pad Printing Ceramic Coating Series
DF-700 pad printing ceramic coating series can be widely used in different fields. It has high hardness, excellent corrosion resistance and temperature resistance, and good non-stickiness; it can meet the application of pressure cookers, IH pots, soup pots, rice cookers and other fields.
Pad printing: low-temperature drying of the primer (60-75℃×5min), within 2-3 hours, pad printing or laser marking can be used, and the top coat can be sprayed normally.
Salt water resistance: The coating has good resistance to salt water, good cooking resistance, and salt resistance up to 500 hours (5% salt water).
Non-stick: The coating has good non-stick performance, and the cooking test can reach more than 2000 pots.

DF500-High Hardness Fluorine Coating Series
DF800-flexible ceramic coating series can be widely used in different fields, with high hardness, excellent corrosion resistance and temperature resistance, and good non-stickiness. It can meet the application of IH pot, frying pan, soup pot, bakeware, rice cooker inner pot and so on.
Abrasion resistance: super abrasion resistance, can pass 5kg pressure 100,000 times
Impact resistance, 50CM is not wash off the paint.
Film thickness: aluminum spraying over 50μm will not crack or explode.
DF500-High Hardness Fluorine Coating Series
DF900-Long-lasting non-stick ceramic coating series, through the extreme nanoization, the coating film has excellent non-stick properties, and can pass various harsh non-stick tests, safe and efficient.
Non-stickiness: It can pass various conventional non-stickiness tests, and it can be used within 350℃ to achieve long-lasting non-stickiness.
